I love being around people, and to combine that with my lifelong passion of cooking, is just one big energy boost. Food should be enjoyable and fun; the whole process, from sourcing ingredients to cooking, to eating. Food is social and the way in which I organize working with food – through events and workshops – reflects that.
LET´S ENJOY NATURAL FLAVOURS
The term holistic became part of my mission statement with the underlying ethos of doing good and elevating consciousness under the mantra “Let food be thy medicine”. Flavour comes naturally when you have good quality ingredients. Mother nature speaks for herself. Holistic for me means an all round natural approach to food, as well as to life in a general sense.

My aim is to challenge the status quo and create a message and a brand that raises people’s consciousness of the potential power of choosing a lifestyle and a diet that is accessible to everyone; It just needs some learning, the acquisition of a new set of skills and a new palette to work from.
